Gà luộc nước tương có màu da vàng rộm hấp dẫn, thịt mềm ngọt và thấm đẫm gia vị. Gà luộc làm theo kiểu này thịt ngọt ngon đến không ngờ. Bạn có thể ăn cùng cơm trắng rưới thêm chút nước luộc gà thì vô cùng ngon đấy.
Gà làm sạch cho vào nồi, sau đó thêm tất cả phần gia vị vào xoa đều lên lên thân gà. Ướp ít nhất 3 tiếng, thỉnh thoảng lật gà lại để đảm bảo thân gà được thấm gia vị đều nhau.
Sau đó nhấc gà ra khỏi nồi, đổ nước vào sao cho phần nước đủ để ngập gà. Đun sôi nước thì thả gà vào. Lúc này giảm lửa xuống chỉ để ở mức trung bình. Sau khoảng 15 phút thì lật gà lại.
Dùng muỗng rưới phần nước luộc gà lên khắp mình gà để đảm bảo gà được thấm gia vị hoàn toàn. Đun tiếp tầm 15 phút nữa thì tắt bếp, đậy nắp ủ gà trong khoảng 10 phút.
Vớt gà ra để nguội rồi chặt miếng vừa ăn. Gà hấp thơm mùi nước tương, hương vị thuốc bắc nồng nàn, miếng gà mềm vẫn giữ nguyên vị ngọt của thịt gà làm cho món ăn thật đậm đà mà vẫn thanh nhẹ. Chúc các bạn ngon miệng nhé.
