Chè có vị ngọt thơm, man mát của đường phèn, củ sen, vị bùi của khoai môn, ngọt dịu của bí đỏ quyện lẫn với hương vị ngầy ngậy của nước cốt dừa. Đây sẽ là món ăn điểm tâm thơm ngon, bổ dưỡng cho cả nhà trong những ngày nắng lên.

Khoai môn, bí đỏ, củ sen gọt vỏ, rửa sạch, cắt thành khối vuông nhỏ. Sau đó, cho bí đỏ, khoai môn vào nồi, hấp khoảng 20 phút.

Củ sen cho vào máy xay, thêm chút nước, xay nhuyễn.

Cho 150ml nước cốt dừa, 15gr đường phèn, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối vào nồi, bắc lên bếp, khuấy đều cho tan. Cho bí đỏ, khoai môn vào, nấu lim rim nhỏ lửa.

Trong 1 nồi khác, cho hỗn hợp củ sen xay vào. Thêm 50ml nước cốt dừa, 15gr đường phèn, hòa tan bột sắn dây với 1/2 chén nước cho vào cùng, khuấy đều.

Cuối cùng, cho hỗn hợp khoai môn vào hỗn hợp củ sen, nấu thêm 1 phút. Tắt bếp, cho món ăn ra chén và rắc thêm mè trắng rang nếu thích nhé!
