Ngày Tết, nhà nào cũng có rất nhiều thịt gà luộc mà ăn mãi thì cũng ngán. Với món ăn gỏi gà hành tây này, phần thịt gà tồn dư sẽ được giải quyết nhanh gọn và thêm phần hào hứng. Sự kết hợp giữa thịt gà dai ngon và vị chua ngọt hấp dẫn của hành tây, rau răm, ớt chuông và gia vị ắt hẳn sẽ khiến bạn ăn mãi không thôi.
200gr thịt gà xé còn thừa từ ngày Tết bạn ướp với 1/2 muỗng canh muối, 1/2 muỗng canh đường, 1/2 muỗng canh tiêu. Trộn thật đều cho gà thấm gia vị.
Hành tây và hành tây tím cắt mỏng rồi ngâm nước đá 30 phút sẽ giảm được vị hăng của hành. 2 trái ớt sừng và 30gr rau răm bạn cũng cắt sợi rồi trộn đều tất cả với 2 muỗng canh nước cốt chanh, 1 muỗng canh đường .
Rau sau khi trộn bạn cho gà đã ướp gia vị vào nhé. Dùng găng tay trộn tất cả lại thật đều, nêm nếm lại cho vừa khẩu vị là đã hoàn thành. Bạn có thể dùng hành tím cắt múi cau tạo hình hoa sen rồi xếp gỏi vào nhé!
